Open job position: First Mate (Up to 3000gt)

First Mate 45m Private Sail Yacht.  We are looking for an experienced first mate to join this amazing Yacht with a great, longstanding Captain and crew.  The yacht currently finishing her winter season and will be cruising the med this summer.  This is a full time position.  The ideal candidate will be from a sailing background and currently working as a Deckhand/Bosun on a large sailing yacht and ready to move up in seniority, or could currently be first mate on a smaller Sail Yacht and wants to move up in yacht size and responsibility.  Must be able to run a professional deck crew and be a good team motivator.  Salary is TBC but does follow industry standard.
