Job Description:
We are looking for a level-headed and upbeat individual who thrives in a team environment to compliment the current crew. The candidate will be responsible for cooking crew food for up to 18 people, maintaining the walk-in fridge, freezer and dry-store, provisioning and keeping a clean and hygienic workspace. This role requires someone who is culinary trained (ideally) and able to cook crew food on a daily basis whilst also ensuring, in advance, that weekend food is available for watchkeepers over the weekend.
An ideal candidate will be proficient in writing crew menu’s, working from a daily prep list and familiar with rotation of stock in order to minimize wastage. Candidate must be able to cater to different dietary requirements and provide a variety of healthy, nutritious meals.

Initially, the candidate will be hired on a temporary basis due to the boat being for sale, however this could very easily become a long term and possibly even a permanent position depending on future developments of the yachts program and new ownership.
